Unde le face? Pai la piele dom'le.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De aproximativ un an m-am tot plimbat de la medici dermatologi, la alergologi si homeopati. De la doctori universitari la medici rezidenti. Am o colectie impresionanta de creme si cremute pe baza de cortizon si creme hidratante. Ce s-a intamplat de fapt? A inceput cu o pata uscata mica in coltul ochiului si pana in vara a ajuns la mana. M-a mancat, m-a usturat, m-a urzicat, m-a innebunit. Concluzia medicilor a fost eczema atopica(si asta stim ce inseamna: nu stim sigur de la ce a pornit, poate de la stres, de la sistemul imunitar, de la mancare, de la cai verzi pe pereti) si de la fiecare primeam o noua crema cu speranta ca o sa imi treaca cumva. Nu a trecut. Pur si simplu s-a incapatanat sa stea pe mana mea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa lunile astea de incercari, am auzit ca untura de porc ar fi foarte buna in aceasta problema. Dat fiind faptul ca am incercat destul de multe pana atunci am zis ca una in plus nu strica. Am primit untura si am aplicat-o pe maini. Rezultatul este uimitor. Pe langa faptul ca nu ma mai ustura mainile, pielea incepe sa isi revina foarte bine. Efectul este acelasi ca si la unguentul/crema pe baza de cortizon dar este total natural si inofensiv pentru alte organe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca cunoasteti pe cineva care sufera de dermatita/eczema atopica, spuneti-le de acest tratament. Poate nu vindeca pe toata lumea, poate nu e atat de bun remediul asta pe cat il laud eu dar zau ca mie imi face foarte bine. Dupa aproximativ 10-15 minute, untura intra in piele fara sa lase pielea unsuroasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mie de exemplu nu mi-a facut bine amestecul de vit A in untura dar puteti incerca diverse combinatii. Apoi se pune orezul si se lasa la calit pana devine sticlos. Adaugam legumele  si le mai lasam aproximativ 2 minute la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu un polonic se pune progresiv supa de legume peste orez. Este si gustos si foarte haios.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;500 g faina alba tip 000&lt;br /&gt;200 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;(eu am folosit lapte de soia dar se poate pune fara probleme si lapte de vaca)&lt;br /&gt;1 plic de drojdie uscata&lt;br /&gt;75 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;1 pachet zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;4 oua&lt;br /&gt;50 g unt&lt;br /&gt;50 g migdale sau nuci tocate&lt;br /&gt;stafide pentru decor&lt;br /&gt;cativa fulgi de migdale pentru decor&lt;br /&gt;1-2 cuisoare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_-BfT619UZPw/SelvA5vLRwI/AAAAAAAANGE/G0x8xs1Mwmc/s1600-h/cozonac+miel.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_-BfT619UZPw/SelvA5vLRwI/AAAAAAAANGE/G0x8xs1Mwmc/s320/cozonac+miel.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325910095631697666" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Faina se amesteca cu drojdia intr-un castron mai mare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separat punem laptele la incalzit cu zaharul vanilat si cu 1-2 cuisoare. Atentie sa nu fiarba! Trebuie numai sa se incalzeasca putin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Batem 2 oua cu zaharul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga laptele caldut, ouale si untul peste faina amestecand energic. Se framanta pana cand se desprinde usor de pe vas, apoi se adauga migdalele tocate, adunand aluatul dinspre exterior spre interior. Se lasa aluatul la dospit intr-un loc caldut, acoperit cu o folie sau cu un prosop timp de 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se formeaza din aluat bilute mici cu diametrul de 1-2 cm care se pun pe o tava in care am pus hartie de copt. Bilutele se aseaza unele langa altele imitand forma unui miel. Botul si picioarele o sa fie mai mari si mai groase putin. Se lasa din nou la dospit 15-20 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In timpul asta incalzim cuptorul si batem un ou cu 2-3 linguri de lapte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu amestecul din ou ungem mielul si il dam la cuptor aproximativ 30 minute la foc mediu. Eu am pus peste el si cativa fulgi de migdale sa imite blana mielului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inainte cu 5 minute de a-l scoate din cuptor, se orneaza cu albus de ou batut cu zahar. Sau cel putin zilele trecute a fost destul de cald asa ca am hotarat sa fac ceva racoritor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am gasit in congelator aproximativ 2 kg de capsuni puse de anul trecut cand erau bune si parfumate. Asa ca le-am lasat la dezghetat, am batut 2 albusuri de ou pana s-au facut spuma apoi am adaugat 2 linguri de zahar brun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Capsunile le-am amestecat cu blenderul pana s-au facut pasta. Pasta de capsuni am amestecat-o cu ouale batute si le-am pus intr-un vas de plastic la congelator timp de 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa o ora se amesteca cu o furculita sa se sparga gheata si se lasa inca o ora la congelator. Treaba asta cu furculita o repeti de vreo 3-4 ori la fiecare ora. Tapioca o puteti gasi la magazinul de naturiste sub forma de bobite mici si albe(costa aproximativ 5 lei 500 g). Eu am luat-o de la firma sanovita. Din ea se poate face si budinca dar o sa revin cu o reteta in alta zi :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;100 ml apa&lt;br /&gt;35 g tapioca&lt;br /&gt;75 g zahar brun&lt;br /&gt;45 ml miere&lt;br /&gt;300 g musli&lt;br /&gt;un varf de cutit de sare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Punem apa la fiert cu sarea si zaharul. Apoi se adauga tapioca si mierea si se lasa la fiert pana cand se ingroasa. Feliile se pun pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt. Se tin la cuptor 15-20 minute.  Dupa aproximativ 10 minute se intorc feliile de sfecla pe cealalta parte si se continua coacerea. Atentie sa nu se arda. Apoi se adauga pesmetul. Se lasa la racit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se incinge cuptorul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se spala legumele, se curata de coaja, si se taie in cubulete. De la dovlecel se scot semintele si apoi se taie in cubulete. Rosiile se curata de coaja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ceapa si usturoiul se curata si se toaca marunt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-o cratita se pune o lingura de ulei si se calesc ceapa si usturoiul dupa care se adauga legumele(rosiile, dovlecelul, vanata si ardeiul). Se adauga restul de verdeata, se condimenteaza si se pune 100 ml apa calda. Se lasa pana cand sunt gata legumele(aroximativ 25 minute). In caz de nevoie se poate completa cu apa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Somonul se pune intr-un vas termorezistent uns inainte cu ulei. Se pun la fiert in steamer 25-30 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se spala pestele si se usuca cu prosoape de hartie. Se taie in bucati si se condimeteaza cu sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bucatile de ton se  prajesc intr-o tigaie tip gratar cate 4 minute pe fiecare parte. Eu nu am folost ulei dar se poate pune ulei sau unt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cartofii si telina se paseaza cu mixerul adaugand treptat lapte fierbinte. Se fierb la steamer 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Se pune laptele la fiert la foc redus.  Cand este pe punctul de a fierbe se adauga grisul in ploaie si apoi se adauga merele si zaharul. Se spala spanacul si se fierbe la steamer 20 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se curata ceapa si usturoiul si se toaca marunt. Se calesc in putin ulei pana cand ceapa devine transparenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga lintea spalata si scursa, curry, sare si piper. Se adauga aproximativ 300 ml apa si se lasa la fiert aproximativ 10 minute. Din cand in cand puteti sa-i incercati cu furculita sa vedeti daca sunt gata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce sunt gata, se lasa la racit. I-am fiert la steamer 35 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Ceapa se taie in sferturi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se incinge putin ulei intr-o tigaie si se prajesc cartofii fierti. Se lasa aproximativ 5 minute dupa care se adauga ceapa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga maslinele si telemeaua, se sareaza si se pipereaza. Asa ca am adaptat-o si am facut-o si eu :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;500 g mazare&lt;br /&gt;1 morcov&lt;br /&gt;1 bucatica de telina&lt;br /&gt;o ceapa mica&lt;br /&gt;ulei&lt;br /&gt;sare, piper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Se taie in bucati mici ceapa, apoi se caleste in putin ulei. Se adauga morcovul si telina taiate marunt si se lasa aproximativ 10 minute la calit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga mazarea si apa cat sa treaca peste ingrediente. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se lasa la fiert pana e fiert foarte bine morcovul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se scurg legumele pastrand apa in care au fiert. Apoi se paseaza cu blederul adaugand progresiv supa in care au fiert. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu mierea(sau zaharul)si cu zaharul vanilat. Apoi se adauga peste albusuri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga treptat sucul, uleiul si nuca macinata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-o farfurie se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, pudra de roscoave si scortisoara si se toarna in ploaie peste crema de oua. Se amesteca cu un mixer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptor timp de 30-40 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce se raceste, se taie in patrate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separat se topeste ciocolata la bain-marie si se imbraca prajiturelele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru frisca am pus smantana 2 ore la congelator. Apoi am batut-o aproximativ 10 minute cu mixerul dupa care am pus 4 linguri de zahar si am mai batut-o aproximativ 10 minute. Prazul se taie rondele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-o cratita se pune putin ulei se se calesc legumele in afara de praz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pudreaza cu 1 lingura de praf de curry se adauga chimenul si se mai lasa putin la calit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga 2 L de apa si se lasa sa fiarba la foc mediu cu un capac deasupra pana cand morcovii sunt fierti pe jumatate. Frunzele se rup iar merele se taie felii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pun intr-un castron de salata. Se bat aproximativ 5 minute galbenusurile cu 100 g zahar pana se fac spuma. Albusurile pot fi puse intre timp in frigider.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se toarna treptat cu un polonic din laptele cald peste galbenusuri amestecand incet. Se adauga 100 g zahar si se mai bat inca aproximativ 1 minut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce fierbe apa,  se pune albus in apa cu o lingurita si se lasa cate un minut pe fiecare parte. Se adauga 50 ml apa si se lasa pana clocoteste dupa care se reduce flacara la minim. Se pune un capac si se lasa la fiert pana cand orezul si lintea sunt moi. Se amesteca din cand in cand si se mai poate adauga cate putina apa fierbinte la nevoie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se spala, se curata avocado si apoi se taie cubulete. Se pun la fiert cu putina sare pana cand sunt foarte bine fierte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se scoate ceapa, se strecoara legumele, iar apa care ramane se pune intr-un vas separat. A doua zi se fierbe si se paseaza . Peste nautul pasat se aduga treptat albusurile, zaharul, praful de copt, pudra de roscoave, sucul de portocale. Se aseaza intr-o tava unde s-a pus hartie de copt. Se toaca aproximativ jumatate din praz  si ardeiul. Aveti grija sa luati un vas suficient de mare si sa puneti de 2 ori mai multa apa decat cantitatea de naut pentru ca se umfla destul de mult.&lt;br /&gt;A doua zi se pune nautul la fiert in apa cu putina sare aproximativ o ora. Il lasam sa fiarba pana devine al dente(adica sa nu fie fiert foarte tare). Eu il pun la steamer pe 35 de minute. Dupa ce e gata, se strecoara si se spala din nou.&lt;br /&gt;Maslinele se maruntesc in blender sau se taie in bucati mai mici. Se da jos lichidul din conservele de ton si se pun intr-un castron. Se spala amestecul mexican si dupa ce se scurge, se pune peste conserva de ton in castron. Adaugam orezul si maslinele.
